Felt pretty easy on 275. Going for 315 for 6 reps next week.
Leg Extensions

Leg Curls
90- 8reps
100- 8reps
100- 8reps
Three Sets of calf raises
Hainging leg raises- 3sets of ten.
40 minutes cardio.
